Gourmet on Gore is an open-air tasting of food, wine and spirits. The event will take up residence in the heart of Vail Village over the busy Labor Day Weekend. This popular event will pair world-class wines and spirits with the best food from throughout the Vail Valley. Winemakers and sommeliers will be on hand to discuss their wine selections and educate the public on the tasting process. Vail Valley restaurants will offer specialty dishes, in taste-size portions, which will then be paired with the wide assortment of wine and spirits being poured. Gourmet on Gore is free admission to the public.
