Join us for a wonderful wine dinner featuring the fabulous food of Bistro CV paired with the incredible wines represented by The Sorting Table, one of America's finest importers. This will be a five course menu designed to high light the ingredient driven food of Chefs Vaugh and Caparelli as they present locally grown products to pair with wines from Burgundy, Tuscany and Napa Valley in an evening to remember.
