Along the perimeter of Michel-Schlumberger’s steep hillside Estate vineyards, Zinfandel vines rise out of small, exposed patches of dusty earth, which turn blood red at sunset. Lurking in the brush near the vineyard’s edge are wild pigs that prowl, grunt, and growl their way through the night shadows. Broken brambles and crushed wildflowers mark the path of these vineyard marauders. By day, we farm the vines. From these vines we bring you our Estate Zinfandel “Cochons Sauvages”. Enjoy our Wild Pig Zin and pig out on roasted wild pig from Santi Restaurant. We'll sample more of our wines other treats while listening to Wild Blue Grass throughout the afternoon.
