There is not enough room in this small space to elaborate on the achievements and contributions Fritz Maytag has made to the culinary world. We all have enjoyed, at one time or another, York Creek wines, Junipero Gin, Old Potrero Rye Whisky, Anchor Steam beer or Maytag Blue Cheese. Recently presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the James Beard Society, he will host our dinner on this evening. We are thrilled to present this rare opportunity to our guests to enjoy a fabulous night of dining and interesting conversation with one of the great culinary pioneers of California.
