We have sold Domaine du Caillou's Châteauneuf-du-Papes and Côtes-du-Rhônes for several vintages now, and they have proven to be consistently excellent. Winemaker Bruno Gaspard is excited with his 2006s, and is convinced they surpass his 2005s in character, complexity and finesse. This tasting showcases Caillou's 2006 Côtes-du-Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape white, annd three red Châteauneuf-du-Papes, along with two 2005s for comparison.
