Event Details
 
“The Wine Dean” Tony Hermann conducts a series of sit-down educational wine tastings with tapas-style food pairings by chef Claude Chazalon, comparing six selections (older vintages and current releases) plus a bonus mystery wine. Limited to 18 guests, the casual discussions focus on the winemaking techniques and flavor-profile evolutions of Adelaida’s finest vineyard designated wines. Reservations required.

In the Barrel Room:

August 24: Encore Presentation: the Best of the 2008 Summer Series featuring HMR Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir, Rhone style Red, younger and older Viking Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, two Syrahs, and one select white (Reserve Chardonnay or Rhone Style Blanc)
