Exciting wines reign supreme in this special tasting that features both biodynamic wines and certified organic wines. Biodynamic wines are rare in the respect that the vineyard sites used to make the wines are a part of a closed ecosytem that contributes to making the most "natural" wines possible. Top estates are featured in this event, including Benziger "Tribute," Castello dei Rampolla "Sammarco" and Quintessa to name just a few. Six wines will be poured and organic bites will be prepared by our Executive Sous Chef, Everton Clarke. Reservations are required and seating is extremely limited.
