2003 Allozo Tempranillo Reserva, La Mancha, Spain.  100% Tempranillo.  This wine offers cherry, black fruits, spice, leather and cedar on the nose and palate.  Medium bodied and balanced with a lasting finish.

2005 Casa Quemada Brincho, La Mancha, Spain.  A blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Tempranillo, this wine offers dark plum and berry fruits, followed by white pepper and vanilla on the finish. 

2005 Senorio de Alange Garnacha, Ribera del Guadiano, Extremadura.  This intense cherry colored, medium bodied wine has intense flavors and aromas of black currant, blackberry and spice followed by a well rounded finish.

2005 Bodegas Arzuaga Crianza, Navarro, Spain.  The 2005 Crianza is 90% Tempranillo with 5% Cabernet and 5% Merlot.  Hand harvested and aged 16 months in French oak and American oak (New, 1 and 2 year-old barrels). Silky smooth, with flavors of crushed blackberry, black cherry, sweet smoke and whispers of oak spice.

Bodegas Pago Florentino 2005, La Mancha, Spain.  100 % Tempranillo from a single plot in the La Mancha Region of Spain.  Crushed blackberries and plums on the nose. Chocolate with cassis notes. Good balance of rich, dark fruits. Full body and an elegant, velvety mouthfeel
