Orange County Wine-Welcoming Ray Wetzel of McManis Family Winery from 5 - 8:30pm!

McManis Family Vineyards is a grower and vintner of premium varietal winegrapes located near the cool confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers, just south of Lodi, now known as the River Junction appellation. The company was founded in 1990 by Ron and Jamie McManis - fourth generation family farmers. The McManis family has been growing grapes in this region since 1938.

McManis Family Vineyards currently operates over 2000 acres of winegrapes and after the 1997 harvest, a state-of-the-art winery was designed and built to maximize the resulting wine's quality through small lot handling, whole cluster pressing and barrel storage and fermentation.

THEIR VISION:

It is the sole objective of this winery and vineyard company to produce the finest wine and winegrapes in the Northern San Joaquin Valley, as well as provide the best service possible. Our dedicated and long term staff utilizes grape growing and winemaking methods found in the ultra premium wineries throughout the world to deliver some of the finest grapes and wine produced in California. Every step in the production process, every business decision made by the family, is carefully considered to enhance the grapes and resulting wine produced for McManis Family Vineyards and its customers.

Robert Parker loves these wines and has been quoted as saying that they are "One of the Best California Wineries" for under $15! McManis has kept their prices reasonable since their inception and has been one of our best selling wines in the store for over 2 years!

Tasting fee for both nights is $15 for 7 wines. Cheese, crackers and chocolate included in Friday night's fee!

Also, we will pour these wines again on Saturday and Sunday along with our regular wine and cheese menu.
