Aloha! Roy's popular Island Hop Dinner is back! This dinner pays homage to the "Traditions of a Hawaiian Celebration," which showcases Chef Roy Yamaguchi's brilliant fusion of Hawaiian, European and Asian flavors and selected wines from Oberon Wines, priced at $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The delectable menu features sushi rolls, grilled yellow fin ahi steak cassoulet, imu smoked pork shank braised in cabernet, loin of lamb seasoned with Hawaiian salt, and for dessert, sweet mango butter cake, served with Kona coffee and loose-leaf teas. The Island Hop Dinner is $55 without the wine pairings.
