Orange County Wine-Wine & Food Pairing and Social Event at Five Crowns Restaurant

Five Crowns Restaurant in Corona Del Mar and the Orange County Wine Group are having a special wine and food pairing and social event on Friday August 1st from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Come join in this great tasting event and socialize with other members of the Orange County Wine Group - Orange County's Largest Wine Saavy Social Group.The tasting will be led by French wine specialist Pierrick Bouquet and Five Crowns General Manager Chris Szechenyi. Five Crowns is pouring four-ounce pours of two whites and two reds with excellent complimentary hors d'oeuvres from the chef for $25 per person inclusive. Those staying for dinner will be eligible for a 10% discount and wines will be available for purchase by the bottle.

The pairing will include 2 red and 2 white Loire Valley Wines
2007 Domaine Sylvain Gaudron Dry Vouvray with Mushroom Brie
2007 Domaine de la Couperie Sauvignon Blanc with Goat Cheese
2006 Château Beauchêne Cotes Du Rhone with Quatre-Spice Boneless Short Ribs
2005 Chateau Haut Barreyre, Bordeaux with Paté Forestiere
