Cheese & Wine as a Last Course - $40.00    In this class you will learn how to put together a cheese and wine dessert course that will make you look like an expert.  Two separate dessert courses styles will be explored along with the wines to pair with them.  In addition, Brian, one of our in house chefs will also give a short demonstration on how to make an easy, yet elegant dessert with Marscapone cheese.
