Each week, I rack my brain to try to come up with original ideas for tastings. I usually fail spectacularly, yet oddly enough, you all keep coming back for more. This week, I’m doing something that I couldn’t possibly get wrong. All the wines we’re tasting on Thursday are personal favorites of mine. Now for those of you who are saying that, “Oh great! Four bottles of Riesling and some Tawny Port”, relax, I’ll keep an open mind when I make my picks.
