Raventos i Blanc is considered the first high-quality Cava producer in Spain, stepping away from the bulk, co-op production wines in the 1980’s. The Raventos family is intrigal in establishing the reputation of Cava worldwide, and their Gran Reserva cava has been a favorite of Barcelona regulars for years. The winery’s Director, Francesc Arnau, will be visiting with us this evening to share some of the latest wines of Raventos, as well as some of their impossible to find, limited-production gems that only the lucky ever try. The wines will be paired with traditional Catalan cuisine by Chef Pedro Garzon. Please reserve early, as spacing is limited.
