A food and wine extravaganza ! Celebrate this time-honored tradition with a variety of French wines, a silent auction, live entertainment and a culinary competition co-sponsored by the American Culinary Federation Colorado Chefs Association. The evening will feature over 40 different French wines including the 2008 Beaujolais Nouveau. The guests will enjoy the diversity of delicacies of over 25 buffets of appetizers, entrees, cheese and desserts prepared by Colorado's leading restaurants and caterers chefs and will vote for their favorite dish. Free parking.
